In this paper, the role of intuition in business decision-making was studied. Intuition was defined as a psychological phenomenon based on theoretical literature. In the very introduction, goals and hypotheses were defined and it was highlighted how and why business leaders use intuition in their business and how important and reliable it actually is in certain business situations. The first part of the paper related to the history of business decision-making and how decisionmaking at certain levels of management works in theory and in practice. The second part of the paper referred to approaches to decision-making, and in the same part it was emphasized how important intuition is in certain levels of management, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of intuitive decision-making. In the final part of the paper, research was conducted through a survey in which business managers participated, who pointed out how intuition influences decision-making and how effective and reliable it is in performing business activities. The results of the survey are the basis for proving the accuracy of the set hypotheses
