Sažetak | Tradiciju je teško pobijediti. Ovu misao lako je preslikati na žensko poduzetništvo. Sve
donedavno bilo je ustaljeno mišljenje da je ženi mjesto u kući, uz obitelj. Povijest, na sreću
uči da su žene vodile carstva, napisale najljepše knjige, stvorile cijelu industriju nazvanu
modna. Navodi se da su žene još uvijek u poduzetničkoj manjini (vidljivo iz podataka u ovom
radu) – one manje zarađuju, manje prisvajaju, prije i više plaćaju radnika, zadovoljavaju se
realnim proizvodnim učincima.
Ženski potencijal nedovoljno je iskorišten, što je vidljivo i iz podataka objavljenih u ovom
radu. U obrazovnoj strukturi prednjače pred muškarcima, a u poduzetničkoj evidenciji
zaostaju.
Poticanje žena na poduzetništvo, sigurno je, donijet će ukupan gospodarski napredak, što će
osigurati i povoljniji položaj žena u ukupnom društvenom životu. Žena poduzetnica, žena
političarka, žena znanstvenica ... niz je koji osigurava ženi mjesto koje joj pripada, ne po
popularnoj izjavi, već po stvarnim mogućnostima. No, svaki put nije bio izravan potpis žene,
pa su njihove zasluge najčešće bile na margini rada kao inicijativa ili podrška.
Ako današnju statistiku hrvatskog poduzetništva preslikamo u ovo doba COVID – 19 vidjet
ćemo da su saborske i Vladine odluke pune razumijevanja za ženu. Statistika je i dalje
neumoljiva i naglašava da su od početka ove godine do kraja kolovoza posao gubile ne samo
žene radnice, već i žene poduzetnice. Zavod za zapošljavanje među nezaposlenima u ovoj
godini, posebice u prvom dijelu, evidentirao je veliki broj vlasnica zatvorenih frizerskih radnji,
pedikerskih i kozmetičarskih salona, malih ugostiteljskih radnji i drugih objekata koji su bili u
kategoriji do 3 zaposlena.
COVID – 19 je jedan od razloga zašto Hrvatska i EU mijenjaju stav o ženi poduzetnici što će
već iduće godine, najavljuju ekonomski analitičari rezultirati poboljšanjem stanja.

Sažetak (engleski) | It's hard to beat tradition. This thought is easy to replicate on female entrepreneurship. Until
recently, it was a common opinion that a woman had a place in the house, next to her family.
History, fortunately, teaches that women led empires, wrote the most beautiful books, created
an entire industry called fashion. It is stated that women are still in the entrepreneurial minority (evident from the data in this paper) - they earn less, appropriate less, pay workers sooner and more, and are satisfied with real production effects.
Female potential is insufficiently used, which is evident from the data paper. In the educational structure, they are ahead of men, and in the entrepreneurial records they lag behind.
Encouraging women to become entrepreneurs, it is certain, will bring overall economic progress, which will ensure a more favorable position of women in the overall social life.
A woman entrepreneur, a woman politician, a woman scientist...is a series that provides a
woman with the place that belongs to her, not by a popular statement, but by real possibilities.
But each time the woman's signature was not direct, so their merits were most often on the
margins of work like an initiative or support.
If we copy today's statistics of Croatian entrepreneurship at this time COVID - 19, we will see
that parliamentary and governmental decisions are full of understanding for women. The statistics are still relentless and emphasize that from the beginning of this year to the end of August, not only women workers lost their jobs, but also women entrepreneurs. Croatian Employment Service among the unemployed this year, especially in the first part, recorded a large number of owners of closed hairdressing salons, pedicure and beauty salons, small catering
shops and other facilities that were in the category of up to 3 employees.
COVID - 19 is one of the reasons why Croatia and the EU are changing position of women
entrepreneurs, which will result in an improvement in the situation in next year, economic
analysts say.
