Abstract
Rad je temeljen na analizi menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala u hotelijerstvu. Menadžment ljudskih potencijala je složeni pojam koji podrazumijeva korištenje ljudskih resursa kako bi se isti na odgovarajući način koristili i implementirali u sklopu resursa te postigli određeni ciljevi. Ljudski resursi kako u prošlosti tako i danas predstavljaju najzahtjevniji faktor implementacije u određenu strukturu poduzeća. Turizam i ugostiteljstvo postaje sve važnija grana gospodarstva, upravo u turizmu ljudski potencijali su najvažniji faktor uspjeha. Rad čini teorijski dio gdje se uz pomoć stručne literature, stručnih članaka te relevantnih internet stranica nastoje objasniti te približiti osnovni pojmovi vezani uz ljudske potencijale te menadžment upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima.
Abstract (english)
The work is based on the analysis of human resources management in the hotel industry. Human resources management is a complex term that implies the use of human resources in order to use and implement them in an appropriate manner as part of the resources and achieve certain goals. Human resources, both in the past and today, represent the most demanding factor of implementation in a certain company structure. Tourism and catering is becoming an increasingly important branch of the economy, precisely in tourism human resources are the most important success factor. The work consists of a theoretical part where, with the help of professional literature, professional articles and relevant websites, they try to explain and bring closer the basic terms related to human resources and the management of human resources management
