Abstract
Influencer je osoba koja svojim ponašanjem utječe na druge osobe i budući da je to postalo jako važno organizacijama (da utječu na svoje kupce), osmišljen je influencer marketing. Tim marketingom organizacija se usmjerava točno određenoj ciljnoj skupini kupaca, a ne cijelome tržištu. Kupac se osjeća lojalno prema influenceru te mu vjeruje zbog čega se odlučuje na kupnju tog proizvoda ili usluge. Ovaj koncept još uvijek nije dosegao svoju zrelost, ali je vrlo razvijen i popularan u suvremenim svjetskim organizacijama. Međutim, u budućnosti se očekuje još veća njegova zastupljenost te sve veći broj influencera. Osim ove vrste marketinga nedvojbeno će ih biti još, a što je najvažnije jest da svakom, od tih vrsta, organizacija može utjecati na svoje kupce i time povećati svoju konkurentnost i osigurati rast profita.
Abstract (english)
An influencer is a person whose behavior affects other people and since it has become very important for organizations (to influence their customers), influencer marketing was designed. With this marketing, the organization is directed to a specific target group of customers, and not to the entire market. The customer feels loyal to the influencer and trusts him, which is why he decides to buy that product or service. This concept has not yet reached its maturity, but it is very developed and popular in contemporary world organizations. However, in the future, it is expected to have an even greater representation and an increasing number of influencers. In addition to this type of marketing, there will undoubtedly be more, and the most important thing is that each of these types of organizations can influence their customers and thereby increase their competitiveness and ensure profit growth
