dostupnost proizvoda, mogućnost uspoređivanja cijena i prilagodljivost kupovini.
troškovi pakiranja i otpreme.
Neki
primjeri odredbi uključuju pravo na pristup, ispravak i brisanje podataka, pravo na prenosivost
podataka, obvezu informiranja o prikupljanju podataka i obvezu osiguravanja sigurnosti
podataka.
Abstract (english) E-commerce is a form of commerce where goods or services are sold through electronic
systems, such as computers, tablets and mobile phones. It covers a wide range of activities,
including selling, buying, shipping and paying for goods via the Internet or other electronic
systems. E-commerce can also include the exchange of information, such as prices, product
descriptions and user ratings, and communication between merchants and customers.
The advantages compared to a traditional store are certainly the possibility of shopping 24/7,
easier availability of products, the possibility of comparing prices and adaptability to shopping.
It also enables merchants to sell their products and services in a wide area, even outside their
geographical area. However, e-commerce also has some disadvantages, such as potential
security risks, dependence on technology, difficulties in contacting customers, and packaging
and shipping costs.
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a regulation of the European Union that
regulates the protection of personal data of EU citizens. The Regulation contains numerous
provisions related to the collection, processing and use of personal data, as well as the rights of
individuals in relation to their data. Some examples of provisions include the right to access,
correct and delete data, the right to data portability, the obligation to inform about data
collection and the obligation to ensure data security. The GDPR also has provisions relating to
electronic commerce. The regulation requires e-commerce service providers to clearly inform
users about the collection and processing of their personal data and to obtain their consent for
such processing. Also, service providers must ensure data security and take appropriate
measures to prevent unauthorized access or data leakage. Users have the right to request the
deletion of their data from the electronic commerce service provider's system.
