Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada s naslovom Obvezna osiguranja u prometu s posebnim osvrtom na odgovornost za štete uzrokovane uporabom motornog vozila jeste opisati i analizirati vrste obveznih osiguranja u prometu, a kao što sam naslov kaže poseban osvrt je na analizu obveznog osiguranja od odgovornosti za štete uzrokovane uporabom motornog vozila. Sam završni rad podijeljen je u pet poglavlja ne uzimajući u obzir uvod i zaključak. U prvom poglavlju ukratko će se opisani čimbenici tehničke organizacije osiguranja. Nakon toga u drugom poglavlju detaljno će se opisati obvezno osiguranje od odgovornosti za štete uzrokovane uporabom motornih vozila. U trećem poglavlju ukratko će se opisati druga obvezna osiguranja u prometu. Četvrto poglavlje odnosit će se na razvojne trendove i analizu obveznih osiguranja u prometu. U zadnjem poglavlju bit će naveden primjer police osiguranja od automobilske odgovornosti te pojašnjenje iste. Po završetku u zaključku iznijet će se mišljenje na temelju provedenih istraživanja i pisanja ovog rada
Abstract (english)
The intention of this bachelor thesis, entitled Compulsory traffic insurance with special emphasis on liability for damage caused by the use of motor vehicle is to describe and analyses the types of compulsory liability insurance against damage caused by the use of a motor vehicle. The bachelor thesis is divided into five parts without taking into account the Introduction and Conclusion. The first part will describe the factors of the technical organization of the insurance. The second part will then describe detail of compulsory liability insurance for damage caused by the use of motor vehicles. The third part will describe other mandatory traffic insurance schemes. The fourth part relates with development trends and analysis of compulsory traffic insurance. While the last part will include an example of insurance policy against automobile liability and an explanation of policy. Up on completion on conclusion, opinion will be expressed on the basis of conducted research and writing this work.
